Post-Workout Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries 200g
- 1 cup cartoned coconut milk 240ml
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder whey or vegan, 25g
- 1 tsp tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp tsp. ground flax seed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
