Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 200g
  • 1 cup cartoned coconut milk 240ml
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder whey or vegan, 25g
  • 1 tsp tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp tsp. ground flax seed

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
