Ingredients
  

  • 5/8 cup quark 150g
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, 25g
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chopped, 25g, 80%
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Divide the quark between bowls. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts, chocolate, pomegranate seeds and coconut.
  • Serve straight away or store in the fridge until required.
