Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut 80g
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour 50g
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 25g, vegan mix
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined.
  • Form into 12 balls with your hands and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
