Lemon Raspberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 470ml
- 1/2 cup chia seeds 85g
- 1/2 lemon zest and juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen, 65g
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large, sealable container. Make sure all chia seeds are mixed in well.
- Let sit overnight or for at least eight hours. Serve cold with toppings of choice.
