  • 1 cup unsweetened full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender as listed. Blend until smooth. Add water if the smoothie is too thick.
