Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 3 frozen strawberries
  • 3 slices frozen peaches
  • 1 scoop scoop unsweetened unflavoured protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a glass and serve.
