Carrot Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carrot juice 120ml
- 1 banana frozen, chunks
- 3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice 180ml
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 25g
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
