Breakfast Patties
Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken turkey, or beef
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine the ground meat with all of the seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and form 8 patties. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil.
- Once the coconut oil is melted, add the patties. Fry the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browed on the outside.
- Once they are done serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
