Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken turkey, or beef
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ground meat with all of the seasonings in a large mixing bowl. Mix well and form 8 patties. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil.
  • Once the coconut oil is melted, add the patties. Fry the patties for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browed on the outside.
  • Once they are done serve immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
