Beef Burger With Salad
Ingredients
- 8 ounces grass-fed beef
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 cups spring mix greens
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup organic full fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to a small mixing bowl. Mix well and cover. Store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve your burgers.
- Next, add ground beef, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix well and form into 2 patties.
- Add coconut oil to a large sauté pan over medium heat. When the oil is melted, add the patties. Cook for about 4 minutes per side until the edges are brown and the meat is cooked all the way through the middle.
- Serve the burgers on top of mixed greens with the cucumber sauce.
