Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 30g
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 240ml
  • 1/4 cup espresso 60ml
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/8 cup walnuts chopped, 15g (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
