Baked Avocado Cups
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 215C/425F.
- Cut the avocado lengthwise into halves and remove the pit.
- Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet. Break an egg into each half of the avocado.
- Season with sea salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
