Avocado & Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 5 oz can canned tuna in brine, drained, 145g
- 1/2 apple diced
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 avocado cubed
- 1/2 lemon juice only
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve on a piece of toast, as a filling or on its own.
