Ingredients
  

  • 2 5 oz can canned tuna in brine, drained, 145g
  • 1/2 apple diced
  • 1 stalk celery sliced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • 1/2 lemon juice only

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve on a piece of toast, as a filling or on its own.
