Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium bananas sliced, frozen
  • 4 tbsp vanilla or natural yoghurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey or pea protein 25g
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • berries to serve

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 mins.
  • Divide between two bowls, top with berries and enjoy.
