As a CNP and IHP, I take a holistic approach to health, looking at physical, social, cognitive, behavioral, spiritual, energetic, and affective aspects of your life. I am not competing with traditional medicine. Instead, I fill in the gaps and can help you create personalized practices. My approach also includes coaching on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other lifestyle factors to help you live a healthier life.
